Landscape Workshop acquires Tampa landscaper Landcrafters
Carousel Capital-backed platform adds a Tampa add-on, taking Landscape Workshop's location count past 50 across the Southeast.
Landscape Workshop has acquired Landcrafters, a Tampa-based commercial landscaping operator, adding another add-on to its Southeast-focused platform.
Michael Tomaino, Landcrafters' head gardener, joins Landscape Workshop as general manager, with the existing commercial operations team continuing to manage the local business.
Landscape Workshop is ranked #23 on Lawn & Landscape's Top 100 list and operates from more than 50 locations.
The deal extends a multi-year roll-up strategy aimed at making the company, in its own words, "the acquirer of choice for commercial landscape business owners."
