One Rock Capital Partners announced on May 3, 2026 that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Europe Snacks, a private-label and co-manufacturer of savory snacks.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Europe Snacks produces stacked chips, crisps, crackers and other savory snacks for international brands and retailers.

It operates seven production facilities across the UK, France and Spain, with distribution through major food retailers throughout Europe.

The company, founded over three decades ago, is a sizeable private-label producer in its product categories and geographic footprint, according to the announcement.

One Rock Capital Partners said it sees potential for further improvement and growth at the business.

Europe Snacks CEO Étienne Lecomte stated the company looks forward to working with One Rock in its next phase of development.
