GI Partners completed the acquisition of the CDMO and Cell Solutions businesses from Charles River Laboratories, establishing Rose BioSolutions. The newly independent company offers end-to-end development and manufacturing services for cell and gene therapies, covering plasmid DNA, viral vectors, cell therapy, and cell supply. Its facilities are located in Rockville, Maryland; Memphis, Tennessee; Northridge, California; and Keele, United Kingdom. The acquired businesses bring decades of experience in advanced therapy manufacturing. Charles River will maintain a long-term commercial relationship with Rose Bio.
