Good Springs Capital acquires Snyder Environmental Services
The Kearneysville, West Virginia-based company provides water, sewer, and stormwater line replacement, trenchless rehabilitation, and treatment plant operations to municipal and private water and wastewater markets in the Mid-Atlantic.
Aging water infrastructure has drawn another sponsor to the sector.
Good Springs Capital has completed an investment in Snyder Environmental Services, a West Virginia-based contractor specializing in water, sewer, and stormwater rehabilitation and treatment plant operations.
Founded in 1979 and headquartered in Kearneysville, SES provides line replacement and installation, pipe inspection and emergency repairs, trenchless rehabilitation, and treatment plant operations and maintenance to municipal and private water and wastewater customers across the Mid-Atlantic.
Founder Lee Snyder built the business over nearly five decades; Brandon Duriez leads the company as CEO.
Good Springs intends to use the new platform to address critical repair and upgrade needs through organic initiatives and targeted add-on acquisitions.
The existing leadership team will continue to run day-to-day operations.
Good Springs, formed in 2023 through a strategic partnership with The Chickasaw Nation, focuses on middle-market industrial and services companies and has previously invested in Kimbel Mechanical, Tectonic Engineering, and Falasca Mechanical.
Stifel and Seyfarth Shaw advised Good Springs.
Brook Run Partners and Williams Mullen advised SES.
