Allied Industrial Partners made a majority investment in Trinity Industrial, an equipment rental and specialty services platform serving industrial, utility and energy infrastructure customers across the Gulf Coast. Trinity provides equipment rental and related specialty services for customers operating in infrastructure-heavy end markets.

Allied said it plans to support Trinity’s growth as a Gulf Coast rental and specialty services platform. The investment fits Allied’s focus on industrial rentals, manufacturing, distribution, environmental services and critical infrastructure.
