Stone-Goff Backs 5Q Partners, Adding One11 Advisors

The concurrent acquisition of One11 Advisors brings property management software advisory to 5Q, giving the Atlanta-based firm deeper reach across its 80-plus client base.

A minority investment from Stone-Goff Partners is fueling a pair of transactions at 5Q Partners, an Atlanta-based provider of IT and operational technology services to the commercial real estate industry.

The firm concurrently acquired One11 Advisors, an Alpharetta, Georgia-based professional services firm, to add property management software advisory and application support capabilities.

Founded in 2014 by a team of industry-native technologists, 5Q supports owners and operators of commercial real estate assets, including multifamily and student housing properties, with managed IT, cybersecurity, technology advisory, and application support.

The company, led by CEO Wade Hughes, serves over 80 clients across more than 950 properties, navigating increasingly complex technology environments driven by smart buildings and connected devices.

The acquisition of One11 brings specialized application support services across major proptech platforms, broadening 5Q’s ability to serve clients across infrastructure, cybersecurity, operational technology, and core property management applications.

The combination creates a scaled technology services platform focused exclusively on the commercial real estate end market, deepening 5Q’s relationships with its existing customer base.

Stone-Goff, a lower private equity firm investing in technology-driven B2B services, partnered with management to back organic growth and pursue complementary M&A.

Deloitte Corporate Finance advised 5Q; Smith Gambrell Russell provided legal counsel to 5Q and Fredrikson & Byron to Stone-Goff.

LongWater Opportunities Fund provided debt financing for the transaction.
