Suncrete, Inc.
(Nasdaq: RMIX), a ready-mix concrete logistics and distribution platform operating in Oklahoma and Arkansas, announced on May 3, 2026, that it has acquired Hope Concrete, LLC through its subsidiaries.
The transaction adds 10 ready-mix plants and 88 mixer trucks in North Texas and Southern Louisiana.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
The acquisition brings Suncrete into two new states, Texas and Louisiana.
Hope is intended to serve as the company’s platform for further acquisitions in the Texas market.
The business was built by the Foley family over an 80-year period, and family members will continue as equity holders and operational leaders under the new ownership.
Tim Foley, Hope’s president, stated that he and his brother Jim look forward to joining Suncrete and that the combination will provide additional resources to support employees, customers and communities.
Suncrete Chief Executive Officer Randall Edgar said the companies share similar values, work ethic and customer focus, which he expects to support a smooth transition.
Suncrete operates a decentralized plant network with regionally centralized pricing, customer relationships and fleet utilization, serving a diversified base across public infrastructure, commercial and residential construction.
