Wynnchurch Capital's Spark Dealer Group has added a regional player in outdoor power equipment with the acquisition of Landscape Supply, a Waco, Texas-based dealer serving commercial cutters, contractors, and homeowners across Central Texas.

Landscape Supply has built a reputation as a leader in equipment sales and contractor-focused supplies.

The business was founded by Travis and Jana Yoder alongside Curtis Goolsby.

Spark CEO Jon Salinas described the dealer as one of the premier outdoor power equipment dealerships in the country, citing its strong team and customer-first culture.

Spark Dealer Group is a Wynnchurch Capital-backed platform that acquires and operates independent outdoor power equipment dealerships across the United States.

The company provides centralized marketing and operational support while preserving local dealer identities.

Spark said it will invest in the business and provide access to new product offerings, with no changes to the customer service model.

The deal follows Spark's acquisition of LSM Outdoor Power, a multi-location dealer in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, expanding the platform's presence in Texas.
