Founded more than 26 years ago by Brad and Shannon Thomas, Creative Solutions Special Events, a full-service event rental company based in Belmont, North Carolina, has been acquired by Party Reflections.

The deal marks the first add-on acquisition for Party Reflections, an event rental platform backed by lower middle-market private equity firm Dynamic Core Capital, and positions the company directly in the greater Charlotte market.

Creative Solutions provides tents, tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware, flatware, furniture and event equipment to clients in the Belmont and Charlotte region.

The company has operated as a family-run business since its inception, building a reputation for quality service across corporate and social events.

The acquisition of Creative Solutions adds a local Charlotte-area team and creates a direct operating footprint in one of the region’s largest metropolitan markets, extending the platform’s ability to serve customers throughout the Carolinas and the Southeast.

Dynamic Core Capital, which invests in specialty services businesses from offices in Jacksonville Beach and Miami Beach, Florida, focuses on control investments and recently closed a $240 million oversubscribed SBIC buyout fund.
