Brynwood Partners acquired Miracapo Pizza Co.

from CC Industries Inc., the firm announced May 3, 2026.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

The transaction adds three Chicago-area manufacturing facilities that produce frozen pizzas for convenience stores and branded retail customers.

Miracapo, based in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, operates three processing plants totaling 175,000 square feet and employs approximately 385 workers.

Brynwood’s existing food and beverage holdings include Great Kitchens Food Co., a take-and-bake pizza supplier for private label retail, as well as Harvest Hill Beverage Co., Carolina Beverage Group, Hometown Food Co., and West Madison Foods.

The acquisition brings Brynwood’s total processing network to 19 plants, with six of those facilities located in Chicago.
