iAltA Holdings, a private markets infrastructure firm, announced on April 29, 2026 that it has acquired Precept, a wealth technology platform specializing in AI-powered system integrations.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Precept's platform allows fintech and wealth management providers to build, deploy, and maintain integrations with custodians, clearing firms, TAMPs, CRMs, portfolio management systems, analytics platforms, and data providers.
The technology uses AI to generate integrations from existing resources such as API documentation and standardizes data mapping without requiring custom engineering.
iAltA, launched in 2025 by Scott Ganeles, Bill Sherman, and Bill Crager with backing from WestCap, organizes its operations into verticals.
This transaction is the second addition to its Wealth vertical, following the January 2026 acquisition of BridgeFT.
The company’s Private Markets vertical has separately acquired Verivend, Betterfront, and Delio over the past year.
Bill Crager, founding partner of iAltA, stated that Precept addresses integration challenges in wealth technology and that combining with BridgeFT positions iAltA to unify public and private market infrastructure.
Precept co-founder and CEO Mark Ovaska said the company’s mission is to deliver deep integrations across any system in real time.
