Roskam Foods acquires Kitchen Partners
The transaction adds the food business to the e2p-backed contract manufacturer, which runs 8 facilities and 50 production lines across the U.S. and Canada.
e2p-backed Roskam Foods has acquired Kitchen Partners, an add-on to its contract manufacturing platform.
The deal grows the sponsor-backed company's production operations.
Roskam Foods, founded in 1923 and headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan, operates more than 2 million square feet of manufacturing space across eight facilities in the U.S.
The company runs over 50 production lines, making frozen, refrigerated, and shelf-stable products for food brands, retailers, and foodservice providers.
The Kitchen Partners acquisition brings an additional site into the Roskam network.
