Three Square Market, a develo, software, and payment systems, has been acquired by Seaga Manufacturing, a portfolio company of Dominus Capital.

The transaction adds a specialized unattended retail platform to Seaga’s vending and intelligent inventory control business.

Founded in 1995 and headquartered in River Falls, Wisconsin, Three Square Market serves convenience service operators across workplaces, college campuses, healthcare facilities, and hospitality locations.

The company offers integrated self-checkout kiosks, mobile scanning, and a management software suite for inventory control, analytics, and route optimization.

It also designs and manufactures physical micromarket build-outs — including cabinetry, coolers, fixtures, and signage — that provide operators with turnkey retail environments.

Seaga Manufacturing, based in Freeport, Illinois, with additional facilities in India, West Virginia, and Mexico, has nearly four decades of experience in automated merchandising.

Its product lines include snack and beverage vending machines, industrial inventory dispensing, healthcare linen management, water systems, and currency changers.

The acquisition of Three Square Market bridges Seaga’s hardware strengths with micromarket software and design capabilities, forming an end-to-end platform that spans vending, micromarkets, and advanced data analytics.

Dominus Capital, a New York‑based middle‑market private equity firm, acquired Seaga to build out a diversified unattended retail platform.

Seaga was advised by Holland & Knight LLP on the transaction, while KPMG Corporate Finance LLC served as exclusive financial advisor to Three Square Market.
