Siris completed its acquisition of a majority stake in TAKKION from funds managed by Apollo. TAKKION provides services to renewable-energy infrastructure owners and operators across logistics, transportation, construction, operations, maintenance, remanufacturing and electrical work.

The transaction gives Siris control of a North American renewable-energy services platform tied to wind and other renewable assets. The company supports customers across the lifecycle of renewable projects, including field services and supply-chain functions. Apollo-managed funds were the seller in the transaction.
