Columna Capital acquired a majority stake in Evidenze from Buenavista Equity Partners. Evidenze provides outsourced services to the pharmaceutical industry, including clinical trial management, data analytics, digital health services, medical education, consulting and patient support programs.

Evidenze has operational headquarters in Barcelona and offices in Portugal, Italy and Germany. The company serves clients in more than 20 countries and reported 2025 net revenue of EUR40 million. Founding partners Pedro Hernandez and Albert Gallart will retain a minority stake and remain involved alongside management. Columna said the investment fits its pan-European healthcare services strategy and its focus on entrepreneur-led businesses.
