Long Path Partners completed the acquisition of Idox plc, through its newly formed entity Frankel UK Bidco Limited. Idox shareholders received 71.5 pence per share in cash, valuing the company at approximately £339.5 million. The offer represented a 26.8% premium to Idox’s closing price, the last trading day before the initial announcement.

Idox supplies specialist information management software and geospatial data solutions to the UK public sector and regulated industries. Its platforms support workflows in planning, building control, environmental health, licensing, elections, and engineering information management. More than 90% of UK local authorities use Idox’s software. Long Path partners said they intend to invest in the product roadmap, customer experience, and AI-enabled capabilities.
