Brookfield Asset Management completed its all-cash acquisition of Peakstone Realty Trust, valuing the company at approximately $1.2 billion. Peakstone shareholders received $21.00 per share and the shares ceased trading on the New York Stock Exchange.

Peakstone’s portfolio consists of over 70 industrial assets, including industrial outdoor storage and traditional industrial properties. The properties will be integrated into Brookfield’s global logistics platform, which spans more than 160 million square feet across over 800 properties in 19 countries. Citi, Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley acted as financial advisors to Brookfield, while BofA Securities advised Peakstone.
