Boyne Capital launched a commercial cleaning and facility services platform with the acquisition of H&B Facility Services through a Boyne affiliate.

H&B is headquartered in Lake Hiawatha, New Jersey, and has operated for more than 30 years, serving customers in distribution, logistics, manufacturing and education. Boyne said it plans to pursue add-on acquisitions for the platform, with a focus on regional operators, broader service coverage, technology investment and operational infrastructure. Boyne is a Florida-based private equity firm focused on lower middle-market companies across business services, consumer products, manufacturing, healthcare services, financial services, industrial, infrastructure and engineering services.
