Montage Partners invested in Lighten Up, a Los Angeles provider of lighting design, equipment and technical production services for live events. The company serves high-profile entertainment, corporate and private-event customers, with work tied to stages and events around the Super Bowl, the Grammys and the Oscars.

The investment was made in partnership with founder and president Nathan Megaw, who will retain a meaningful ownership stake and continue leading the business. Montage said the capital will support geographic expansion, including New York, and continued investment in equipment and technical capabilities.
