Blackstone and Halliburton Invest In VoltaGrid

The investment includes $775 million of primary capital to fund VoltaGrid's buildout for AI data center demand and a concurrent agreement to acquire Propell Energy Technology, a key manufacturer of its proprietary high-inertia power systems.
